Eligibility – Bachelor Degree in Law, Practicing As an Advocate.
Minimum Qualification
For members of the establishment of this Court: graduate with 5 years or Matric Hi~her Secondary with 8 years service on the establishment of this Court; land for members of the Establishment of Courts subordinate to this Court: Graduate with 5 years service in the post of UDC/ReaderlSteno Grade-III or other equal status!posts.

Written Paper-I (Descriptive Type) Marks:100 Duration: Three Hours
i. High Court Rules & Orders Volume V
ii. Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018 as amended up-to-date.
iii. Civil Procedure Code: Section 96 to 115 and Orders 5, 22, 32 and 41.
iv. Criminal Procedure Code: Sections 28 to 31,372 to 405.
v. Delhi High Court (Right Ito Information) Rules, 4006 as amended up-to-date; NotificationslPractice Directions issued in respect thereof; and the RTI Act, 2005 (as amended up-to-date).
